Ryan Myerberg succeeds David Ric, who departed to found an investment boutique last year

French asset manager Amundi has recruited a senior portfolio manager from rival Janus Henderson to take charge of its absolute return-orientated bond funds, following the exit of David Ric last year.

Ryan Myerberg, who was a senior portfolio manager in global macro and global credit at Janus Henderson, has taken up his new role at Amundi as of April 23, the company said in a statement the following day. He is based in London.
