Amundi strikes €430m deal for Sabadell’s fund business

Deal includes a 10-year distribution agreement between the two entities

Amundi, Europe’s largest asset manager, has acquired the investment business of Spain’s Banco de Sabadell in a deal worth €430m.

The transaction includes a 10-year distribution agreement between the two entities, which will involve Amundi funds being sold across the Spanish bank’s 1,900 branches.
