Roger Miners wants to challenge the stereotype that to be a successful boss you need to be a bully.

The City’s culture has been heavily scrutinised this year, with high-profile sexual harassment scandals hitting the Confederation of British Industry and bringing down hedge fund titan Crispin Odey. Allegations of a bullying culture have also hit Goldman Sachs.
