Baroness Helena Morrissey is a busy woman. We have already had to move our phone call forwards because she has to dash to a meeting with Liz Truss, the foreign secretary.

She has worn many hats in her City career: Baroness Morrissey was boss of Newton Investment Management, chaired the Investment Association and set up the 30% Club, which aims to improve gender balance in senior management. She currently sits in the House of Lords and is chair-designate of AJ Bell, the funds platform.
