News and information group Reuters' planned flotation of its Instinet electronic brokerage arm could be one of the few successes in an otherwise desolate new issue market for equities, analysts said.
"The only thing that will make Reuters pull the Instinet IPO is a complete lack of interest or a total closedown in the market," said one analyst, who tracks Reuters.
