Anda leaves Perella for Morgan Stanley comeback

Jon Anda, formerly co-head of global capital markets at Morgan Stanley, has rejoined the firm as vice-chairman of institutional securities after deciding not to join top dealmaker Joseph Perella's new investment banking boutique.

Anda will work alongside Chris Carter, ex-chairman of global investment banking at Credit Suisse, who joined Morgan Stanley in May as vice-chairman of institutional securities. He will report to Walid Chammah, global head of investment banking, and joins the bank on June 19.
