Jon Anda has quit Morgan Stanley after 20 years to join former colleagues Joseph Perella and Terry Meguid at their new boutique. Anda had been co-head of global capital markets.

He is the third high-level defection suffered by Morgan Stanley since the recent round of bonuses. This week the bank's country heads for India and China resigned.
