Andrew Katz has left Edengene, the UK-based corporate venturing consultancy that he co-founded, to join rival Corven as a senior consultant.

Katz said he left Edengene because he was not convinced of the firm's strategic direction, and had decided last summer that he would leave. Corven's offer came via network contacts.
