The head of investor relations at Palamon Capital Partners has left the London-based private equity firm, which less than a month ago was forced to rethink plans for its latest fund.

Annette Wilson, a managing director at Palamon who has been with the firm since inception 14 years ago, is registered as inactive on the UK's Financial Services Register as of October 18.
