Swedish pension management firm Formansoptimering has transferred its business to Aon Consulting Sweden amid claims the domestic market for pensions, benefits and investments is rapidly changing.

Aon would not disclose the cost of the transfer, but said the hire of 12 additional senior consulting staff was further proof of the firm's intention to bolster its presence in Sweden, its domestic market.
