AP2, the second Swedish state pension fund, has confirmed Poul Winslöw as its chief investment officer and promoted Tomas Franzén to chief investment strategist.

Winslöw has been acting chief investment officer since April, following the resignation of former investments head Petter Odhnoff in March. Winslöw was previously head of equities at the fund.
