A second Swedish state pension fund has announced top investment management changes.

AP3 has appointed Gustaf Hagerud to lead investment as executive vice president and bring together all asset classes to improve risk management techniques. He joined the €22.5bn fund in 2008 as the head of alpha and beta management.
