Apax Partners the private equity firm, has poached Lars Johansson, senior partner at IT Provider Adviser, a Swedish rival.

Johansson joins as director and head of Apax's Nordic operations. He will be joined by Simon Lindfors, a partner at IT Provider Adviser specialising in later stage investments.
