Arc Associates, the specialist telecommunications, media, entertainment and IT investment bank and advisory firm, has appointed an associate director to its investment banking division.

Nicholas Gill has joined Arc Associates from Infobank International Holdings, the e-commerce software infrastructure specialist, where he was responsible for designing and executing strategic elements of the group's European expansion programme, and also worked on disposals.
