Market data from ComStock, a real-time information service, can now be delivered over a display application from Arcontech, or over the Reuters Triarch market data distribution platform via a new feed handler.

The alliance between Arcontech and ComStock offers an alternative to expensive data display products. ComStock, bought from Standard & Poor's by the Interactive Data Corporation last week, was available on a feed only basis and Reuters did not have a way to handle the feed over its Triarch platform. Arcontech built a feed handler for ComStock as part of the deal, adding technology that separates and presents the data the way users would like to see it.
