Arena Leisure, the UK racecourse owner and operator, is aiming to raise £85m (€137.4m) in a placing and open offer led by Deutsche Bank.

A source close to the deal said that roadshows to predominantly UK investors are due to kick off on Wednesday with the offer completed by the end of this month dependent on market conditions.
