Edoardo Bugnone, who founded Swiss private equity firm Argos Soditic 17 years ago, is to step down weeks after the company closed its latest buyout fund.

Bugnone, a former chairman of the European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, was involved in the fundraising of Euroknights V.
