A boutique investment bank headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, is expanding its London operation with a dealmaker focused on the consumer sector.

Stephens, an independent investment bank which remains owned by the family that founded it in 1933, hired Robert Horton as a managing director focused on the consumer sector. He joins from Spayne Lindsay, an investment bank focused on the consumer sector.
