Hedge fund manager Arpad “Arki” Busson has taken the unusual step of delaying publication of his investment company’s annual report as the money manager battles multimillion-dollar losses.

The delay raises serious concerns about the financial health of Busson’s company, LumX, which has been fighting to keep hold of disaffected shareholders and investors.
