Maconomy, the e-business software supplier, has given ArosMaizels, the Scandinavian brokerage house, the mandate to lead-manage its initial public offering on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

The mandate is the first to be won by ArosMaizels since it was created in July this year out of Aros Securities, Merita Securities, MNB Maizels and Nordbanken Securities.
