US fund manager makes Europe move

Boston-based asset manager Arrowstreet Capital has begun looking for a head of business development for the UK and Europe, becoming one of the first US investment firms in a year to go on a marketing push in the region.

Arrowstreet, which has not had a presence in Europe before, is looking for someone with two to 10 years' relevant experience to expand its marketing effort in the UK and European institutional markets. The job will be based in London, following a six- to 18-month posting in the US head office, according to the firm's website.
