Arthur Andersen, the professional services firm, has hired Eamonn Rice to lead the firm's recently formed Scottish financial services industry group, based in Edinburgh.

Rice will put together a team to provide solutions that include strategy, risk management and market conduct compliance to the growing Scottish economy.
