Article 50 author tells City to forget about bespoke Brexit

UK financial institutions will not get the special access Brexit deal that they and their lobbyists have been fighting for, the author of Article 50 has warned.

Instead, Lord Kerr told Financial News that the City needed to prepare for a deal that would ultimately hurt London's standing as a global financial centre.
