Ashurst chair Ben Tidswell to exit firm for Competition Appeal Tribunal

Tidswell and managing partner Paul Jenkins are widely credited with steering Ashurst through a rocky patch

The chair of law firm Ashurst, Ben Tidswell, has said he will leave the firm in July to chair the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Tidswell has chaired Ashurst for eight years and has been a partner at the firm for 21 years.
