Asian stock markets rose Monday morning amid signs of progress in U.S.-China trade talks over the weekend.
Japan’s Nikkei Stock Average edged 0.2% higher, South Korea’s Kospi rose 0.6% and Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 benchmark index added 0.5%.
