Asset Alliance Corporation, an investment management holding company that acquires interests in alternative asset managers, has appointed Lehman Brothers International (Europe) as advisor and lead manager.

Lehman will distribute Asset Alliance's institutional offerings, including structured products, principal protected notes and other products related to Asset Alliance and its affiliated firms.
