Wiener Börse, the Austrian exchange group, has agreed to use technology supplied by Germany's Deutsche Börse to power its three eastern European stock markets, as the group closes on its ambition of building a single trading platform in the region.
The Vienna-based exchange will roll out Deutsche Börse's Xetra trading system across its exchanges in Budapest, Ljubljana and Prague from the first quarter of next year, according to a spokeswoman for Wiener Börse.
