Autonomy, the UK technology company founded in 1996 by Michael Lynch, has dropped Deutsche Bank as sole corporate broker in favour of UBS Warburg.
A spokesman for Autonomy said: "At this stage in Autonomy's corporate development it felt like now was the time to make the change. Autonomy is close to a number of banks. UBS Warburg has a combination of a strong European and US presence."
