Irish boutique scoops Liontrust credit business

Fund manager co-led by former head of Credit Suisse's European collateralised loan obligations makes foray into high-yield bond market

An Irish boutique fund manager co-led by the former head of Credit Suisse's European collateralised loan obligations has made a foray into the high yield bond market with the acquisition of a credit team from rival Liontrust.

Avoca Capital has paid £3.2m to Liontrust for the credit team and its funds, the firms announced this morning.
