Insurance and pension company chiefs are near unanimous when it comes to rating the best-positioned European companies in the financial services industry.

Allianz, Axa, Deutsche Bank and ING have been voted as having the most successful internationalisation strategies in financial services. They scored the highest in a pan-European survey of life insurance and pension industry chief executives organised by management consultants Tillinghast-Towers Perrin.
