AXA Art, the art insurance arm of AXA, is launching a new cover plan for precious and antique classical musical instruments in the New Year, underwriting instruments for millions of pounds for wealthy UK musicians and collectors.

The group hired John Feaver from insurer Allianz in August were he had been based for 10 years, five of which he spent covering musical instruments.
