AXA Investment Managers has appointed Bettina Ducat as the Paris-based head of distribution for southern Europe and the Middle East. She will also join the executive committee. Ducat replaces Joseph Pinto who is moving to the role of head of markets and investment strategy. She has been with the fund manager since 2006.
