Axa Investment Managers, the asset management arm of the Paris-headquartered insurer, enjoyed €12.8bn in net inflows last year, helping to raise assets under management to a record €801bn.

The inflows were in contrast to 2018, when the asset manager posted net outflows of €5.8bn following the loss of a large mandate and difficult market conditions for the sector.
