The alternatives division of Axa Investment Managers has taken full ownership of private debt and equity firm Capza — the latest deal struck in Europe’s booming alternatives sector.

Axa IM Alts, which manages more than €184bn in assets, has worked with Capza for the past 20 years, both as an investor and shareholder.
