Axa Investment Managers, which oversees €730bn in assets, has appointed Laurent Clavel as its new head of research.

As part of his Paris-based role, Clavel will oversee a team made up of euro credit analysts and macroeconomists who will help shape the company’s investment process. His team will also offer insight into the group’s latest investments.
