Axa boosts staff well-being: Paid leave for caregivers, flexitime after baby loss

The firm's enhanced health and wellbeing programme doubles length of paternity leave and includes support for victims of domestic violence

Axa will offer paid time off for its global workforce who are caregivers of elderly parents and more flexible working options for employees recovering from in vitro fertilisation or pregnancy loss.

The insurer and asset manager unveiled on 3 October a "holistic" health and well-being programme, We Care, for its 120,000 employees across 51 countries.
