Axa Rosenberg Investment Management has won a £44m (€70.8m) pan-European equities mandate from the £449m Ciba Speciality Chemicals UK pension fund.

The mandate comes after Ciba dropped its existing manager JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management, whose investment returns had fallen 2% below median in each of the last three years.
