A move to overhaul London's listings rules risks letting "trainer-wearing ruffians in", some City leaders have warned.

While many executives have welcomed plans from the Financial Conduct Authority to free up rules for firms listing in London, concerns have been raised over whether sufficient investor safeguards remain.
