Brian Griffiths, chief executive of pensions and benefits provider B&CE will retire at the end of September. He will be replaced by Patrick Heath-Lay, the current director of finance and strategic delivery, from October 1. Heath-Lay has been with the B&CE since 1985. Griffiths has led the organisation for the past 10 years.
