Management consultancy Bain is considering a legal challenge to the UK government’s three-year ban on the firm preventing it from bidding for state contracts.

The government made the move to cut Bain out of opportunities for work involving public sector contracts citing "grave professional misconduct" following a corruption scandal in South Africa that embroiled the firm.
