Baird Private Equity, the Milwaukee, Wisconsin firm, has recruited an expert in India's business services to advise its portfolio companies.

Mohan Kharbanda joins as executive-in-residence to the Baird Venture Partners' business services team. He will also serve as a member of the business services advisory board for Baird Capital Partners, the company's buyout arm.
