Atul Bajpai, formerly head of European structured finance at Lehman Brothers, has joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) as head of debt principal finance.

Bajpai, who starts at DrKW on March 6, will report to Matteo Mazzocchi, global head of credit derivatives and securitisation.
