BAM picks group head to develop e-business

Baring Asset Management has recruited Chris Burgess to take up a newly created role as head of e-business development and implementation.

As group head of e-business, Burgess returns to fund management after spending more than a year as a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked on e-business projects for investment management clients. Before joining PwC, Burgess worked for Fidelity Investments for more than five year where he led business applications and development teams.
