Baring Asset Management has restructured its UK equities portfolio policy group, following the departure of Chris Poil, formerly head of UK equities.

Lucy Macdonald, previously sole deputy head of UK equities, and Malcolm Herring are to share the title of deputy head of UK equities. Both now report to Richard Buxton, promoted to head UK equities when Poil left (see eFinancialNews, May 5).
