A former Morgan Stanley insurance analyst who wrote the official biography of renowned investor Warren Buffett is among three non-executive directors appointed to the board of Bank of America Merrill Lynch International.
Bank of America's primary banking subsidiary for Europe, the Middle East and Africa has recruited Alice Schroeder as a director, according to a Companies House filing that showed she started in the role on February 29.
