Bank of America Merrill Lynch has hired a senior banker to run its equity advisory division in the European Union, as more investment banks shore up their continental teams in preparation for Brexit.
Jerome Renard, the head of equity capital markets for Benelux and Iberia regions at Credit Suisse, will join BAML in November to lead its ECM team in the EU, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
