Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Canada and Mercer are among the latest firms to sign up to the UK government's Women in Finance Charter, the Treasury has announced.
The companies are among 33 new firms to have committed to the UK initiative launched by the government in March 2016. The initiative is a "pledge for gender balance across financial services", according to the Treasury, which is pushing the agenda, and now counts 122 companies and organisations as signatories.
