Banc of America Capital Management has hired David Stanley as a portfolio manager and European specialist within its fixed income investment team in a bid to boost its presence in the UK and Europe.

Stanley, who will be based in London, will be the group's primary fixed income associate in the UK and will be responsible for the analysis of international corporate bonds and cash investments. He will report to Ram Willner, managing director of global fixed income investments for Banc of America Capital Management.
