Barclays has become the latest large investment bank to move its summer internship entirely online amid the coronavirus lockdown restrictions. 

In an email to interns late last week, Barclays said it was shortening its internship to six weeks and moving it entirely virtual. The bank will still pay for the original duration of the programme, which is 10 weeks.
