Bank of America has poached seven equity sales and trading experts from four rival investment banks this month to build up its European capabilities in London.

Deutsche Bank lost two of its veteran European equity traders, Matthew Belton and Jason Wordsall. The pair previously worked for Bankers Trust for 14 years and 10 years respectively, as marketmakers in UK equities.
